It’s been a bit of a slow week for Unearthed development, and quite frankly I blame myself. I was immensely distracted by a stray kitten that showed up on my doorstep. I took it inside and now it won’t stop harassing me when I’m on my computer. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SAVE HYRULE WITH A CAT IN FRONT OF THE SCREEN.
ANYWAYS, here are some super duper sprites that were made for the project. First off we have some Mycori Guardian battle sprite concepts. The first two were done by Messianic while the third one was created by me. I basically just “frankensteined” a bunch of other EarthBound sprites together, but I think it turned out okay.

Next up are a couple completed boss sprites from Messianic. They are both Interlopers! The first is the Derelict version, found early on in the game, while the second is a fully functional Interloper. They both look rathr badass, if I do say so myself!

Finally, a Mitchell concept by yours truly! This is still very rough, but I think it’s pretty close to what I had in mind for our stalwart protagonist.
